Week of Service 2025 - April 21–25

Thousands of employees across the Larry H. Miller Company’s platforms and businesses participated in the 15th annual Larry H. Miller Week of Service, honoring our founder’s birthday.

After Larry H. Miller’s passing in 2009, the Miller family established a tradition to recognize his legacy. Each year on his birthday, the Larry H. Miller Company employees gathered for a day of service. The tradition then expanded to a week of service.

“When my father founded the Larry H. Miller Company, he and my mom did so with the belief that businesses should serve the communities where they reside,” said Steve Miller, Chairman of the Board. “Every year, we honor my father’s legacy and his birthday by serving the communities he knew and loved.”

During the week of April 21, members of the Miller family, employees from the Larry H. & Gail Miller Family Foundation, the LHM Company, LHM Real Estate, Miller Sports + Entertainment, and Real Salt Lake gathered at the Jordan River near the Power District to clean up and beautify the area.

“I love our company’s annual Week of Service,” said Steve Starks, CEO of the Larry H. Miller Company. “Our thousands of employees who participate each year embody our mission to enrich lives and are grateful to serve in the community. There’s something special about getting out of the office and working alongside teammates, whether it’s cleaning the Jordan River, packing hygiene kits, or volunteering at a local food bank.”

Other projects included preparing ready-made meals for families affected by breast cancer, assembling hygiene kits for people experiencing homelessness, and making pillows for children in foster care. In other states, employees partnered with local food banks, homeless shelters, schools, and more for various service projects.

“ Our thousands of employees who participate each year embody our mission to enrich lives and are grateful to serve in the community.”
