The Larry H. Miller Company’s most important legacy—and one of the reasons we do business—is the good work we do through Larry H. Miller Charities – a program that is funded through donations made by LHM employees and matched by the Miller family.
As an employee, you can elect to donate $5 per month, deducted directly from your paycheck. You can donate more or less, or nothing at all—it’s all up to you.
Each dollar you donate is matched by the Miller family, and the funds go to help people in YOUR community where you live and work. Every new employee is given the chance to enroll in Give Us 5 when they start with us, but existing employees can sign up, change their donation amount, or withdraw at any time by talking with their HR/People & Culture representative.
